you are probably wondering why you are here
maybe you want to know wtf is Nouns DAO
Nouns DAO is

a DAO... a decentralized autonomous organization
that lives on Ethereum (a blockchain)
and every day auctions an NFT (yes, an NFT)
those live on the blockahin, too
they are cute creatures, and their heads are nouns
like, actual nouns (people, places, and things).
all the money, ETH (ether), goes to a treasury
and NFT owners control the treasury
this all means Nouns has no single controller or a C-suite making decisions. it is governed by the community using smart contracts, making it permissionless -- so anyone can join and become a part of the experiment.

nouns is a fun experiment to fund ideas
crazy ideas, like

a school in Uganda
a film festival in Los Angeles
a kids playground in China
a deli in Australia
a musical
a novel
a motion movie
a bunch of people making cool stuff and lots of art, code and public goods
